To get the season started on the right foot, we have listed the registration dates for the upcoming 2012 Pop Warner Football season.

Registration Dates:

May 19th 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the Hyde Park Municipal Building 1179 River Street. Google Map & Directions $50 discount with full paid registration

June 28 6:00-8:00PM at the Hyde Park Municipal Building 1179 River Street. Google Map & Directions $25 discount with full paid registration

Registration Fee- $150 First Child, $50 Second & $25 each additional child. The children must be siblings.

Forms Required:

• 2012 Doctors Physical
• 2012-12 Year Ending Report Card
• Original Birth Certificates for first time Cheerleaders/Football Players

Also, we need lower level football coaches. If anyone is interested, please email Tanya at tinyt122271@yahoo.com. This is a great opportunity for community service.

Both forms must be submitted to Hyde Park Pop Warner prior to the athlete participating in Pop Warner.

The cost of each ticket will be $8.00 per person and this must be purchased in advanced. Tickets will also be available at the door for $10.00 a person. Please return the enclosed form and your check made payable to Hyde Park Pop Warner.  We request that all Players / Cheerleaders be accompanied by a parent or adult/guardian (21 years or older) in order to attend. Players / cheerleader pay as well. Children 3 and under are free.
